Q: I'm gluten free. Do you offer gluten free menus?

A: Yes, and this encompasses other things, too, including Soy & Dairy Free, Whole 30, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, Autoimmune/FODMAP protocols and more. We customize every menu to meet your needs, taking into consideration food allergies, food aversions and everything in-between.

Q: I'm single. Are the meals in individual portions?

A: Most of the meals are prepped “family style” with 4-6 servings in each. However, for singles or smaller families, meals can be split & prepped in half portions with 2-3 servings in each.  The bonus is that any leftover portion can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner the next day. 

Q: Can you create menus and/or recipes for the crockpot? Instant Pot? Sheet pan?

A: All of the ABOVE! Abby Cooks Wild is 100% invested in making this about YOU and will customize your menu to your needs from a dietary standpoint as well as to the kitchen tools you like to use.

Q: Are the meals pre-cooked, pre-portioned, and reheated in the microwave?

A: Abby Cooks Wild specializes in freezer friendly meals but does not currently offer meals that are pre-cooked & pre-portioned for microwave cooking. However, there are microwave options available through Epicure. Contact Abby to learn more about Epicure or visit my Epicure site.

Q: What is your delivery area?

A: I deliver up & down the Front Range, including Ft. Collins & Colorado Springs. In some cases, a delivery fee may apply. Inquire to learn more.

Q: How often do you deliver?

A: I deliver once a month.  Meals are prepped with raw ingredients and can be stored in the freezer so that they are ready for you when you are ready for them.
