At Abby Cooks Wild, I am here to support you and your family in putting healthy, nutritious and fully customized meals on your table. My meal prep and menu planning service may just be the best solution to your day-to-day challenge on what to cook for dinner.
All menus are customized to your family's preferences, taking into consideration any food allergies, dietary restrictions, food aversions, and the types of cuisine and flavors you enjoy.
I offer my services at three distinct levels in order for you to be able to choose the right amount of support that works for you.
Ladles of Love Soup Menu Special
COMING IN FEBRUARY...
Every year, around Valentines Day, I offer a special soup menu & donate a portion of the proceeds to organizations that make the world a better place. This year, I will be supporting World Central Kitchen, which was founded by Chef Jose Andreas in 2010 when he organized a team of people to feed the country of Haiti after a devastating earthquake. Today, World Central Kitchen continues to do miraculous and amazing work all around the world serving communities affected by natural disasters. When we start working together, our first step is to sit down with you to really get to know you and your family. This way I can custom curate a menu just for you. I do all the heavy lifting for you, from the shopping to the chopping, and I deliver the meals to your home.
I offer three Meal Prep Packages. Packages come in 6, 8, or 12 family-style dinners each. I deliver the meals once a month. Most of my clients choose the 8 Pack. I also have a custom package available.

WHAT IS ENTREPRENEURIAL EATS?
This virtual experience was designed with the busy entrepreneurial woman in mind, but it applies to anyone who finds themselves in need of help with having quick, easy access to grab & go food options during the work week that are healthy & don't require much effort in the kitchen to prepare. Abby will teach you the system she developed to keep herself on track and avoiding skipped meals during the day by prepping breakfast, lunch & snacks each week.
